Insert times with 1 Click — the new timeghost Suggestion feature

We are convinced that tracking working hours for companies and employees can only be effective and add value if the software is built in a way that makes it intuitive and easy to use for everybody. Therefore, it is our goal to constantly improve the software by releasing features that make working with timeghost even easier.

With the new suggestions in the Timer, we have taken the next step to improve the usability of the software in the interest of our customers.

Entering your working hours with timeghost has never been easier!

With Suggestions, we introduce a feature that we believe will be of significant benefit to all users in the operation of our software.

What are the timeghost Suggestions?

Keyword AI

With timeghost Suggestions, time entries are suggested to you as soon as you click “What are you doing?”. Our AI assistant Timmy suggests the time entries that you have booked most frequently in the last time and thus gives you a preselection to transfer project and task directly to the record bar.

The advantage is that you only have to add a date and a short description to the time entry.

The Timer with more power

In the Timer Suggestions you can also view your current feed elements. These are the events from your Microsoft 365 applications that are linked to timeghost, such as Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive, etc.. These can be MicrosoftTeams calls, for example, or Planner tasks that you are currently working on. The advantage is that you can now enter your feed elements directly as time entries in the timer and take them over into the record bar.

The feed elements are entered in the field “What are you working on? In the short video we show you how you can use the two suggestion fields optimally for you.

Here you can see how you can record your working time in timeghost from now on

As soon as you click on the “What are you working on?” field, our AI assistant will give you suggestions for the “Project” and “Task” fields. Now you select a suggestion and timeghost adds the project and the corresponding task to the record bar. To characterize the task even more specifically, you can add a short description to the task in the “What are you working on?”

You can choose if you want to enter your working time with or without time. Here you can see the three different modes with which you can individualize the recordbar according to your needs.
